What is viewed count?
The viewed count is the total number of times a survey link has been clicked on. It acts as a page counter to give you an estimate of the number of times the survey was opened on a browser.
How can I check the count of total number of views on a survey?
Select the survey you want to see the viewed count for and go to Analytics.
Can I reset the viewed count?
Yes, as best practices it is always recommended to reset the viewed count before distributing the survey.
Goto: Analytics >> Select Participant Statistics from the first drop down >> Click on the reset link available next to viewed
